Stairway Business Consulting Inc. specializes in Transition Management.  All businesses go through a life cycle from the initial concept, to opening the doors, to becoming established, rapid growth, stabalization, re-invention and the founders' eventual exit.  Each of these stages inolves some degree of growth and change - transition.  Transition management requires planning business strategy, building and re-building anew, repeatable systems that allow business owners to work on their businesses rather than in them.  It requires a rock solid grounding in the two key elements of any business - numbers and people.

Founder

Michael Boschitsch, CGA is the founder of Stairway Business Consulting Inc. He is a consultant and Chartered Public Accountant (CPA, CGA) with 28 years of practical, first hand business experience  in planning, opening, operating, managing and  growing businesses in a broad range of  industries. He is a graduate with Distinction, of the world renowned Les Roches International  School of Hotel Management in Switzerland and currently pursuing a masters degree in psychology. Michael has facilitated numerous business oriented seminars and workshops as well as a federal government funded self-employment program.  

 Michael is the former Regional Chair for BC for the Aga Khan Social Welfare Board, a community based organization that assists and advocates for the marginalized members of the community. The organization’s objectives include poverty alleviation, mental health awareness, improving quality of life and creating independence.  Michael currently volunteers in youth outreach as well as disaster management preparedness initiatives.
